Undercover FBI agent Josh Stuart has been tasked with targeting two Las Vegas mobsters who are expanding their criminal enterprise into drug trafficking. When Josh arrives in Tucson to have the mob-owned pickup modified for smuggling, he encounters terrorism and death.
