One primary factor to ensure that we critically think is to be conscious of these individual characteristics, biases, and preferences while being able to make certain allowances for them as we think about our next possible steps, be it at the stage of pre-action consideration or a component of the rethink that was caused through unforeseen or unexpected impediments to our continuous progress.

The best way to improve: Each time that we are facing some new situation, scenario or question, halt to mentally assess the current situation and ask yourself some of the successive questions:

Who does what?
Why is this happening?
