Think of it in this way, you have a deep cut and instead of cleaning the wound and putting a fresh bandage on it daily until it heals (positive thinking), you neglect it and pour acid on it each day (negative thinking). Ouch! That wound will never heal. In fact, it will just get worse.
I find this information very interesting and helpful. The mind is a powerful tool.

Awesome book!!! I couldn't stop reading this informative book. The author takes you deep within yourself and helps you dig deep in understanding why your life is set up the way it is. I would love to continue to read her readings and learn how to live a genuine, happy life.
