Dawn Goodwin

Dawn Goodwin is a British novelist. She specializes in psychological thrillers and complex stories about human nature. Goodwin made her debut in 2017 with the novel The Accident.

Dawn Goodwin was born and educated in London. She is a graduate of the Curtis Brown Creative Writing School. Goodwin worked in PR, advertising, publishing, and healthcare before becoming a full-time writer.

Dawn Goodwin is the author of seven novels. Her latest, Like Mother, Like Daughter (2024), is a gripping psychological thriller that explores the complexities of mother-daughter relationships and the social pressures of parenthood. It follows Lisa Marco, a mother struggling with her daughter's education and the judgments of a critical clique of school mothers led by the charismatic Christina Valdecchi.

The narrative escalates with a harrowing incident that forces both mothers to confront their fears and the consequences of their parenting choices.

Dawn Goodwin lives in London with her husband and two daughters.
