'This is ME' encompasses the thoughts and life of King Roman who was born Ronald VC Mann in Edinburgh Scotland March 1942. He served Queen Elizabeth 2 as an Executive Officer in HM Customs and Excise, Dover; in the Royal Air Force at Steamer Point Aden during the early years of the Arab Insurgency; and as a Kiap/ Patrol Officer in Papua New Guinea through self-government — for which he received the Police Overseas Service Medal. In 1967, when he emigrated to Melbourne Australia, Prince Roman inherited the Kingdom and Grand Duchy of Lithuania (usurped in 1991). In May 2000, the Commonwealth of Australia covertly declared war on the Grand Duke and Grand Duchy (still unresolved). King Roman studies Astronomy and International Law and enjoyed sea cruising until Covid struck. He has lived in Darwin with Lady Fele since 1975, where he actively promotes his Empire of Europa which includes the Kingdom and Grand Duchy of Lithuania and accrued territories in Central-East Europe.
