Disclaimer: This compact read was made for the intention of only enhancing your reading experience of the giant Mark Manson’s bestseller: The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck. This summary is not meant to replace the original book.

Here is how this summary will help you though. Chapter by chapter, I will walk you through:

- The very important and crucial points made by the author in a simple and concise way.

- Different references, resources and influencing people the author has talked about in the book

- Insights made by the author to get your life to a whole new level

- And all of that in less than 40 minutes!

If you are tight on time, forget what you read after a week or so or maybe you just prefer to digest knowledge easily, this summary is meant for you.

“everything and everyone will hurt you in the end, you just need to find what and who is worth suffering for”.

Happiness, just like love, does not need a reason. It just exists. If you ever happen to observe happy people in the truest sense of the word, then you will realize that they are simply happy. They do not need a reason or affirmations to be happy. The same goes for people who are confident, or financially secure. When you are truly successful, you will not find the need to prove anything to anyone.

Caring too much about someone or something does you no favors whatsoever. It will only cause you to become overly attached to the superficial and have you chase the mere illusion of happiness.
